Being an Effective Leader (Group Coaching Program)

About Me

Hey, I’m Ben Solomon. I’m an Electronics and Communications System Engineer, and Information Systems Manager by education. I’ve built computers since the mid-90’s, had a web presence since the late-90’s and been professionally in the IT Systems and Networks space since the early 2000’s (nearly 2 decades). I’ve lived in 3 countries, worked in 2 and worked my way up from Level 1 Tech Support all they way up to being the ICT Director at a business turning over $30 million+ in annual revenue, reporting to the CEO and working with the Board to create and implement a long term Roadmap to help accomplish the business’ vision. Along the way I have also worked in tech consulting businesses that gave me the opportunity to look into the depths of businesses in over 50 industries, with annual revenues up to $100 million, and advice leadership teams on tech strategy.

I have also had the opportunity to coach and mentor team members to utilise their unique strengths, do great work, and ascend into leadership roles.

All this to say that I have been where you have been and are right now. I know what it takes to get into Management and Executive Leadership roles, and thrive in these. I have also helped people just like you get into Management and Executive Leadership roles, coached and mentored them to create great teams and culture, while helping accomplish the goals of the companies that they work for, while creating great client experiences using the tech platforms that they and their teams were tasked to create and maintain.

Now, I’d like to help you do the same, and become the best leader you can be, by tapping into your unique natural strengths. This way you are able to work to your fullest potential, inspire your team, and create great impact in the organisations that you work at, while earning what you deserve for the value that you bring to these organisations.
